At MOZA Racing, we want to ensure you have the ultimate sim racing experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for products in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return

  Contact our support team via the official portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack your MOZA gear, including all original cables, mounting hardware, and manuals, into the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Verification

  Affix the provided shipping label and send the package to our regional service center for a comprehensive technical inspection by our quality control team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the hardware is verified to be in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
